New Builds are currently estimated around 4-6 weeks. (updated Nov 3/25).
Custom builds generally are estimated to take approximately 6-8 weeks from the date of payment until shipment. Therefore, orders that include custom add-ons or modifications may require an additional 1–2 weeks.

Our production timelines are adhered to in order to maintain precision and quality, and while we aim to finish early when possible, we never sacrifice craftsmanship for speed.
Why It Takes Time
Each piece is built from scratch to match your chosen design, size, and options. Because our workflow is linear, a delay in one order can affect the next. Lead times are always an estimate, not a guarantee—sometimes we ship ahead of schedule, and other times, unforeseen factors may extend the overall production process.
Made-to-Order Excellence
Since everything is made-to-order, we don’t stock finished inventory unless otherwise stated. Every bed is individually crafted with detailed workmanship—a one-of-a-kind creation, made in Canada.
